Job Title: Trade Show Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Trade Show Coordinator to plan, execute, and oversee trade shows, meetings, and other events related to customers, prospects, and industry. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team, clients, vendors, in-house graphic designer, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of events are carried out seamlessly and successfully and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute trade show plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for up to 50 trade shows and events annually, domestic and international.
Work closely with the sales team to understand requirements and ensure that their needs are met.
Coordinate trade show logistics, including space rental, booth design, furnishings, registrations, invoice payments, product and give-a-ways. Pack trade show supplies and ship to venues both domestic and international.
Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for future events.
Maintain accurate records and files related to trade shows, including financial records, vendor contracts, and attendee information.
