Overview
We are seeking an innovative and motivated Real Estate Agent to join the Walker Real Estate Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients navigate the real estate market, whether they are buying or selling properties. This role requires a strong sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to sales. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire real estate process while adhering to State and Federal regulations, including Fair Housing regulations, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Duties
- Assist clients in buying and selling residential, land, or commercial properties.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Present property listings and schedule showings for prospective buyers.
- Collaborate with other agents, vendors, and industry professionals to facilitate transactions.
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, riders, and other documentation.
- Stay informed about local real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance.
- Utilize proven marketing strategies and scripts to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
- Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations and market trends.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred; experience in real estate is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends is beneficial.
- Active Missouri Real Estate license is required to start onboarding. We can guide you through the licensing process, if needed.

Pay: $57,600.00 - $100,000.00 per year
