Dietary Manager for Walker Rehabilitation Center, Carbon Hill, AL.
To assist in planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current federal. state and local standards governing the facility, ad as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the Dietary Department is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
Qualifications:
§ Must be at least 18 years of age
§ Previous experience in a supervisory capacity
§ Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
§ Must speak and understand English
§ Positive attitude toward the elderly
§ Ability to train, manage, and develop staff
§ Scheduling
