What are the responsibilities and job description for the Table Games Shift Manager position at Walker's Bluff Casino Resort?
The shift manager of table games is responsible to set and maintain a standard of performance by monitoring and assuring that procedures are in accordance with internal controls and IGB rules and regulations. Responsible for supervising table game staff on assigned shift and overseeing floor activity, scheduling, and may coordinate and/or perform training. Responsible for the control of the table game and assuring guest have a favorable gaming experience.

Essential Functions:
- Provide exceptional guest service for all external and internal customers.
- Maintain security of games and adherence to established policies and procedures through continuous interaction with all table games personnel.
- Set-up daily card and dice impress and/or verification.
- Monitors the completeness and accuracy of the Player Tracking Forms and associated Pit paperwork.
- Assures proper spread of table games and recommends scheduling changes when necessary.
- Maintains ongoing communication with Casino Operations Manager and Table Games Director.
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years experience in table games in a Supervisor II position or above, or prior supervisory experience.
- Previous table games experience required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required.
Schedule:
Full-time; varies based on events and holidays and includes days, nights and weekends.
Salary:
Highly competitive salary starting at $60,000.00
