Walker's Bluff is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our kitchen team as a Wood-Fired Pizza Cook, Line Cook, and Dishwasher.
Responsibilities:
Wood-Fired Pizza Duties:
- Prepare and cook wood-fired pizzas to order, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate and maintain the wood-fired oven, including temperature control and cleanliness.
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings in advance to ensure smooth service.
Line Cook Duties:
- Assist in preparing and plating appetizers with precision and creativity.
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines for consistency in every dish.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Dish Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness of dishware, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
- Follow proper sanitation and food safety protocols.
- Restock clean dishes and kitchen tools as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably with wood-fired oven or pizza experience.
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.
