What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Delivery Driver position at Walker's Renton Subaru?
Walker's Renton Mazda Parts Department is seeking to hire a full-time parts associate. We are a growing department within a growing company that puts our customer's experience first in all that we do.
Job duties include:
-Making deliveries to body shops, and doing parts pick-ups at various locations throughout the greater Seattle area
-Shipping/receiving
-Checking in and putting away daily stock orders
-Pulling parts orders for our mechanical shop and wholesale orders
-Helping to keep the department organized, clean, and efficient
-Assisting counterpersons (by doing this You will learn tasks and skills required to move up)
Requirements:
-18 years of age or older
-Reliability for a full-time schedule
-Valid driver's license and clean driving history (need copy of driver's abstract)
-General knowledge of the surrounding areas in which we make deliveries, as well as ability to follow direction and use GPS/maps
-All job offers are contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screening.
-Great attitude and desire to learn
-Experience is not required but is helpful. We are looking for someone who is interested in the automotive industry and has a desire to move up in the department.
Pay is $20-$25/hour depending on experience
This is a full-time position with benefits including medical, 401k, FSA, PTO, and other dealership-specific perks. All job offers are contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screening.
