The Warehouse Team Lead will play a critical role in driving operational excellence by leading all team members and activities, participating in 8D report preparation, analyzing and recommending operational improvements, ensuring accurate product location, and training warehouse personnel. They will also utilize KPI trends to drive operational improvements and assist with cycle counts and receiving order discrepancies.
Key qualifications for this role include the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work, as well as lead and train team members. The candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to visually inspect product according to documented processes.
