- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate coding and approval of invoices.
- Assist with month-end closing tasks, including generating accounts payable reports.
- Maintain organized records of financial transactions and files.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
