What You’ll Do
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you’ll be an essential part of our finance team, helping ensure our vendors are paid accurately and on time while maintaining the financial integrity of the company.
Your day-to-day might include:
Processing invoices and expense reports with precision and speed
Reconciling statements and resolving account discrepancies
Assisting with month-end closings and maintaining AP ledgers
Collaborating with procurement and project managers to ensure proper invoice coding
Building relationships with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues
Helping us implement best practices and new systems
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (recent grads welcome!)
Strong attention to detail and a passion for process
Proficiency in Excel and general accounting software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
