This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is ambitious, hands-on, and excited to spend 12-18 months in the field, gaining firsthand experience before transitioning into project management.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with project managers and field teams to support mechanical construction projects
• Gain hands-on experience with job site operations, material procurement, and scheduling
• Learn mechanical systems, project coordination, and problem-solving in a real-world environment
