Walker Healthforce, an industry leader in the placement of Healthcare Technology Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our client partnership team.
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for deepening client relationships and ensuring that each department within Walker Healthforce understands and meets client needs. This includes identifying opportunities to increase our footprint within assigned clients, handling all client inquiries, working to find solutions to client opportunities and any issues, and managing our internal response to ensure clients are experiencing a positive relationship.
The ideal Senior Account Manager will:
- Develop a strategic sales plan for assigned client accounts identifying additional revenue streams and sustained account development.
- Forecast and track key account metrics on assigned accounts.
- Meet regularly with clients to understand business needs and educate them on our services and workforce solutions through development of presentations and capability overviews.
- Identify innovative opportunities to improve our client’s workforce challenges.
- Function as a customer advocate; stay abreast of new technology and trends.
- Build and strengthen client and key consultant relationships to achieve long-term partnerships and continued account development.
- Identify and build new customer relationships within existing accounts.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 yrs. experience in a similar role with strong consideration given to a candidate with a background in the staffing and recruiting industry
- Healthcare payer / IT Solutions experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree is required
