Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for Healthcare Technology Consultants nationally.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand job requirements.
- Utilize technology tools for applicant tracking and relationship management.
Qualifications:
- EHR/EMR recruiting required.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or information systems (preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of technical recruiting experience.
- IT Staffing and/or IT Consulting experience (preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills, competitive spirit, and strong organizational skills.
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary uncapped commission.
