Responsibilities
Operation of a C.N.C machine to meet daily production goals with emphasis on product quality, attention to detail, and maintaining a clean safe work area/environment
The C.N.C operator is responsible for completing daily production schedules, and following policies and procedures, ensuring the best possible quality, safety, and manufacturing standards
Ability to read drawings and program cnc/cad/drill for accuracy
Inspect glass after processes for accuracy, or for any error prior to placing it on the
finished rack
Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling, grinding
and milling
Maintaining daily general maintenance, regular cleaning, and repair of the machine
Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and ensure any necessary changes to
produce improved results
Check machinery constantly to ensure proper functionality
Ensure that results of the machining process align with company standards
Report all machine actions and abnormalities to the supervisor
May be assigned additional duties on a temporary or permanent basis as required by
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, and up to 150 pounds assisted
Work well in a team environment
Ability to work in a fast pace high demand environment
CAD familiarity
Do you have at least 2 years of experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
