Responsibilities
As a Front of House Manager at your role is to lead and support our food and beverage, bowling and arcade operations team to enhance the guest experience and ensure team member productivity and safety
This position works primarily evenings and weekends
Ensure day-to-day department operations run safely, smoothly and efficiently through having a visible presence and demonstrating leadership
Support your team in areas of service and cleanliness of the venue
Coach Team Members in the moment
Check in with guests at every opportunity to ensure complete satisfaction with their experience
Be a point of contact and assist with execution of group events
Represent KingPins’ Mission, Vision and Values in all interactions with guests and team members
Adhere to work and food safety policies set forth by the company and all local, state and federal regulatory agencies
Possess knowledge of all venue food and beverage/bowling/arcade positions and assist when needed

Qualifications
At least two years previous experience in a leadership role in hospitality, food and beverage or customer service
Strong Communication skills
Strong multi-tasking skills with team members, guests and fellow managers
A guest focused mindset
Previous experience leading projects
Food Handlers and OLCC certification
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to perform work duties while standing and walking for most of the shift
Ability to lift/carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
Flexible scheduling to include evenings, weekends and holidays
Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

Pay: $59,928.00 - $65,000.00 per year
