What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Operations Analyst position at Walkin Technologies LLC?
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product data entry, updates, and maintenance in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Retrieve, analyze, and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources to support product operations.
Identify inconsistencies and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve data discrepancies.
Serve as a key point of contact between product development, supply chain, and sales teams, ensuring seamless communication.
Support and participate in weekly product meetings for each brand, providing insights and updates as needed.
Assist in developing process improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational workflows.
Communicate non-conforming product data issues to the Director of Product Operations for resolution.
Maintain organized electronic records with proper naming conventions and relevant comments for traceability.
Work on additional projects and assignments as required to support business needs.

Preferred Education & Experience:
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
5 years of experience in product operations, data management, or a related role.
Experience working with ERP systems and data entry processes in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.

Pay: $59,358.00 - $65,000.00 per year
