As a Partner Solution Advisor at WalkMe, your role is to align and enable the WalkMe partner ecosystem to sell and deliver WalkMe value. You will work with your Alliances counterparts to introduce and incorporate WalkMe with new & existing programs, captures, and resellers that support the Public Sector. You will work as the technical advisor to build & demonstrate value propositions that align to the FSIs and their clients. This is an active presales role that includes both strategic planning and tactical execution. You will report to the VP of Partner Sales Engineering.
What You'll Own
- Develop a strategic plan with your alliances resources to uncover key programs, captures and re-competes within Civ & DOD.
- Build and demonstrate WalkMe solutions tailored to the programs and outcomes valued by the partner and their customer base, and manage technical evaluations.
- Build and manage key partner technical relationships allowing for WalkMe to continue to spread itself within their programs.
- Strategically position the security posture of WalkMe within the partner ecosystem.
- Working with partner experts, define joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies and presales methodologies that will deliver WalkMe solutions and value based outcomes to the partner's customer base.
- Enable and motivate the partner's sales team over the life of the partnership as a trusted and respected advisor.
- Participate in demand generation activities such as industry events, innovation days, partner summits and program days.

What Sets Us Apart
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $130,000 and $155,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as : location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits as part of our competitive total rewards package.
