WalkMe is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Director with a proven track record in Enterprise Software. As the Director of Sales for ANZ and reporting into the General Manager of Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for driving growth and customer acquisition; through authentic leadership and both Operational and Sales Excellence.
\n- Directly & Indirectly lead members of the Sales Organization across Business Development, Sales, & Alliances, Sales Ops and Customer Success.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive WalkMe's growth and market presence in the ANZ region.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Account Executives, ensuring they have the skills and resources to achieve and exceed quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on team performance, ensuring quarterly quotas are met or exceeded.
- Ability to collaborate with internal cross-functional partners across Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal and Sales Ops
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns that generate leads and drive revenue.
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing WalkMe at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to strengthen our market presence and build strategic partnerships.
- Consistent track record to build successful teams and lead them to success
- Minimum 8 years of Sales Management experience.
- Successful track record in both new business acquisition and expansion (up-sales/cross-sell) transactions.
- Proven success in acquiring, growing and working with Enterprise and G2K organizations.
- Demonstrated success in selling cloud software and/or Digital Transformation programs.
- Proven success closing 6/7 figure ACV multi year contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate others to action, including best-in-class customer skills communication, empathy, and integrity
- Strong alignment with WalkMe's mission and clear understanding of our value proposition.
- Experience using WalkMe is a significant advantage.
