What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Sr. Manager position at WalkMe?
Reporting to the Global Sr. Director, Talent Management, the Sr. Manager, Talent Management will identify and monitor training needs in the organization. This role will design, plan, build, implement and measure training programs and procedures to fulfill skill needs. This role will support the global needs of WalkMe and will be required to travel into the office 3 days per week.

What you’ll own
- Deliver our 13 existing Leadership workshops, strategize and design additional training that is connected to our leadership competency framework.
- Design and execute comprehensive training programs, policies, and procedures to meet the skill gap needs in our organization.
- Build strategic partnerships with business leaders across regions to identify and implement organizational effectiveness solutions.
- Partnering with Employee Engagement, DEI, and our People Business Partners with a collaborative, continuous improvement mindset.
- Performance Management : Enhance and manage the performance management system to ensure it drives employee performance and organizational success. Provide coaching and support to managers throughout the performance review process.
- Change Management : Serve as an internal consultant for change management by developing, implementing and ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in. (i.e. HRIS migration).
- Talent Assessments : Lead planning efforts to identify and develop high-potential employees for critical roles within the organization.
- Organizational Health : Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. Analyze engagement survey results and collaborate with leaders to create action plans.
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance using the Kirkpatrick method.
- Collaborate with various teams to drive training strategies and facilitate efficient onboarding for new team members.
- Identify and address gaps in training content and materials to boost productivity and engagement.
What you’ll need to succeed
What Sets us Apart
The starting base pay for this role is between $110,000-160,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as : training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
