Social Security Disability (SSDI) & Supplemental Security Income (SSI) is all we do.
Responsibilities:
- Perform case evaluation
- Perform case development
- Review and analyze medical records
- Draft legal documents, including pre-hearing briefs
- Maintain contact with our diverse client base, providing guidance and support
- Prepare and represent clients at Administrative Law Judge hearings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and management
