Job Details
The contractor for the Project Manager position will support Inclusion & Diversity Operations program management for scalable, global solutions.
- Provide project management support for key programs
- Event coordination, planning, and scheduling
- Including creating briefs, travel schedules, and communicating to stakeholders
- Experience coordinating with external vendors
- Update and organize budget related documentation
- Support business program managers with analysis and reporting
- Support program administrative tasks
- Developing and maintain inventory tracking system
- Catalogue and maintain databases
- Coordinate website enhancements, maintenance, Execute UAT testing and update website as needed
- Coordinating with partners and stakeholders to consolidate KPIs, data points, and strategies
