We’re now looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and help elevate our forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes to the next level.
Position Summary: The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and business performance. This position partners cross-functionally to provide financial insights, develop forecasts, manage budgets, and support executive decision-making. You’ll bring strong analytical capabilities, financial acumen, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders. This role combines financial rigor with business acumen and requires someone who thrives in a high growth, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across departments
· Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making
· Collaborate with functional leaders to align budgets and forecasts with departmental and company goals
· Deliver monthly reporting, variance analyses, and key performance metrics to executive leadership
· Lead and drive scenario planning and sensitivity analyses for strategic initiatives
· Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and present actionable insights to leadership
· Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance metrics and drive operational efficiency
· Support monthly and quarterly close processes in collaboration with Accounting
· Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
· Identify and implement process improvements, reporting automation, and system upgrades
· Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting frameworks
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA/CFA a plus)
· 4 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role
· Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with [preferred tools like Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI, etc.]
· Strong understanding of financial statements and key business drivers
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
· Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay:
$75,000-$90,000
- 10% Target Bonus
