Wall Street Bound (WSB) is looking for a full time Program Manager to support the Program Director as a key team member of a startup workforce development nonprofit with a growing presence in the market. The Program Manager will be tasked with managing end to end program execution, administration, data tracking and outreach for the organization. The position reports directly to the Head of Operations. Only candidates with backgrounds on Wall Street or financial services will be considered and those with commercial online learning programs or business development backgrounds are highly preferred.
This position requires regular student contact, assessment of their needs, and the development of strategies to ensure their success during and post program completion. Other key duties include data collection, organization of events and activities, and the coordination of student teams within our programs. This position works closely with the Program Director, and reports to the Head of Operations.
We are a small and entrepreneurial organization so it is important that the selected candidate is able to work and thrive in an unstructured work environment and brings a commercial mindset to the job. The WSB Team is presently fully remote, but may move to a 1-2 days/week hybrid model in late 2024.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Student Success
- Regularly meet with students to evaluate progress and identify support needs for program completion and industry certification.
- Offer personalized one-on-one support and strategic guidance to students and alumni.
- Monitor program session attendance and punctuality.
- Develop and track performance measures and KPIs for student success.
- Assist in campus recruiting by collaborating with WSB recruiting, operations, and program teams.
Organization Mission and Strategy
- Support the day-to-day operations and logistical needs of WSB programming
- Contribute to WSB success by actively participating in strategic planning, communications, events, and operational activities as may be required from time to time.
Administrative Management
- Provide program management and oversight, including the development of program plans and schedules, task management, resource planning, and communication of status to stakeholders.
- Participates in project management, special projects and data/business analytics support as needed.
- Manage schedules, events and appointments for the organization.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Alumni Engagement
- Utilize various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and alumni networks, to effectively communicate with alumni and keep them informed about internship and full-time opportunities.
- Provide ongoing data analytics on our alumni as it relates to the organization’s strategic plan.
- Implement best practices for the successful outreach to WSB’s alumni.
- Build and manage relationships between WSB and its alumni community.
- Maintain and update key alumni lists, leveraging these relationships to identify and capitalize on opportunities for engagement and strategic partnerships.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum one year of financial services industry experience
- Proficient in communicating organizational mission to donors, volunteers, and community
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement with diverse constituencies
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with students from diverse backgrounds
- Track record of success in performance-based work environments
- Experience managing multifaceted projects in fast-paced settings
- Skilled in prioritization and managing competing demands without compromising quality
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, aligned with the WSB Mission
- Availability for year-round schedule with evening hours and occasional weekend commitments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using Salesforce, Asana and Slack
- Previous human-centered, project management experience
- Experience working with students

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
