In this role, you'll be doing a variety of tasks in the store to help us meet our customer service and operational goals. You'll also be responsible for hitting your own productivity targets and helping the team reach its overall goals.
**What You'll Do:**
- Engage with customers in the store and help them with their needs.
- Guide customers through the sales process, ensuring they have a great experience.
- Get to know our products so you can provide accurate info on features and pricing.
- Assist with purchases, sign-ups, and billing issues.
- Promote in-store advertising to highlight our best deals.
- Set up customer accounts by entering their info into our system.
- Communicate daily about sales and any customer concerns.
- Offer support for products and services.
- Handle in-store customer service, addressing questions or concerns.
- Keep customers informed about new promotions.
**What We're Looking For:**
- Must be 18 or older.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility with scheduling.
- Reliable transportation.
- A positive attitude and outlook.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Able to stand for most of an eight-hour shift.
- Experience in roles like Retail, Food & Beverage, Customer Service, Brand Management, or Product Representation is a plus.
