**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products and answering any questions.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge to customers, explaining features, benefits, and promotions.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Handle customer transactions, including processing payments and returns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service.
- Stay updated on current promotions, inventory, and store policies.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be over the age of 18
- Reliable transportation, valid driving license (Preferred)
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
