Position Summary
The Program Management Intern (PMI) serves as a key member of our operations team, which supports the account management and business development teams. The PMI plays a central role in helping to guide clients through our onboarding, product delivery, and renewal process to help drive revenue growth. Primary responsibilities include executing operations and logistics for our training programs, helping to enhance client relationships, which could be across corporate, public, and university verticals, and contributing to key account retention and expansion. The PMI must thrive in novel, high-stakes situations that require creativity, intuition, and big-picture thinking, and will have an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders at Wall Street Prep as well as with decision-makers at top investment banks, private equity firms, and Fortune 500 Companies
Key Responsibilities
Seminar Logistics:
- Pre-seminar
- Logistics Documents - assist in creating and filling in seminar engagement information
- For virtual seminars, creating virtual meeting links
- Create feedback survey and links in the Logistics doc
- Create and/or edit training reports for seminar engagements
- Create client presentations for client kickoff calls in PowerPoint
- Assign POllEV accounts for seminar engagements
- Help with researching travel options for instructors
- During/Post-seminar:
- Downloading and editing training reports that program managers will then share with clients
- Create seminar review decks using PowerPoint
- WSP LMS:
- Complete client group uploads or individual setups in WSP LMS
- Data Usage Reports: pull course progress and assessment reports and format them so they are client ready
- Monitor Asana and keeps things up to date:
- Calendar invites
- Zoom info/welcome
- Asana board/tasks
Misc tasks:
- Seminar Certificates
- Scheduling calls/meetings
- Ad-hoc projects / data collection (number of training days, in-person vs virtual, type of client)
- Seminar Feedback Data collection- Adding survey feedback to Instructor Feedback tracker
Required Education and Experience
- Currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior in an accredited college or university.
- Pursuing a degree in Business/Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in program management or operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or other relevant software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Previous internship or relevant coursework experience is a plus.
Work Environment
- Summer Internship: May - August
- 20-40 hours per week
- $20 USD per hour
- Hybrid: in Newton office 2-3 days a week
