Description:
- Maintains the physical plant in a condition of operating excellence, so that the full educational use of it may be made at all times.
- Has experience in all trades applicable to general building maintenance including, but not limited to, HVAC, electric, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and grounds.
Certifications/Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid NJ Drivers' License
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Commercial/Industrial/Educational setting
- Black Seal (Low Pressure) Boiler Operator License
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring schematics
- Experience with Work Order systems and HVAC Controls preferred
