Physical Therapy - Part-Time Aide #E1-01172025-1

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapist with patient care in the form of supervising patients exercising and ensuring correct performance of the exercises, preparing patients to receive modalities such as ultrasound, electric stimulation and applying ice and heat to patients as instructed by the treating therapist.

• Clean gym equipment and treatment tables, and keep examination rooms organized and ready for patients after each use.

• Keep patient waiting area organized.

• Launder and stock linens used in the Physical Therapy Clinic.

• Keep treatment supplies organized and stocked.

• Assist with answering phones as needed.

• Keep CPR card current.

Qualifications and Education Requirements: High School Graduation

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Physical Demands: Standing, walking, lifting supplies, bending

Position Type/Expected Hours to work: 25

Other Duties: As needed
