We have an immediate opening for a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist in our Tulsa Office. This candidate will provide support and assistance to individuals and departments to help them meet their job responsibilities by getting tasks and projects accomplished and keeping Wallace’s clients happy.

Responsibilities And Requirements
- Manage Company Credit Cards
- Enter and Process Expense Reports, Purchase Requests, and Accounts Payable invoices
- Cut weekly checks
- Void checks
- Receive and process checks with payments from customers
- Update and maintain check registers
- Balance check register and bank accounts with General Ledger
- Enter cash disbursements and bank transfers
- Support Controller/CFO with any related payables/cash information
- Manage Expense Reporting App
- File invoices and expense reports
- Confirm daily end-of-day balances in all banks
- Process paid when paid payables
- Process and deposit shareholder distributions
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures
- Excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate skills in Excel or similar software
- Experience using enterprise accounting software
- Good math skills
