This candidate must have previous experience in the design of site development, land development, or municipal infrastructure projects, and must be able to plan, develop, and direct engineering projects varying in size and complexity. Responsibilities And Skills
- Proficient technical knowledge of engineering systems, materials, and procedures
- Effective communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
- Willingness to accept increasing levels of responsibility, and demonstration of continued and progressive technical and leadership experience
- Understanding and awareness of project budgets and profitability
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of U.S. and local design codes and standards
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Master's degree a plus)
- PE license in Arkansas or eligibility for licensure by comity
- 5 years or relevant experience
- Experience or knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus
