What You’ll Do :
- System Configuration : Get our computer systems up and running, making sure everything is tailored for company use (primarily in Tulsa).
- Hardware Support : Be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and repairing system hardware issues.
- Software Support : Install, configure, and provide top-notch technical support for system software.
- System Decommissioning : Safely remove software, proprietary information, and connections from existing systems.
- Network Support : Keep our data flowing smoothly by troubleshooting and fixing connectivity issues.
- Network Security : Stay ahead of the latest security threats and take action to protect our network.
- Software Administration : Evaluate, purchase, and manage licensing for essential company software, including Autodesk.
