Responsibilities
- Interacts with and directs other project team members
- Perform quality control reviews of projects prior to issuance
- Conducts construction observations or special inspections
- Acts as a mentor to other employees
- Able to prioritize, manage time, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Good and developing technical knowledge of engineering systems, materials, and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Basic leadership, management, and client relationship skills
- Interact positively with clients on project issues
- Demonstrated ability to understand the interaction of project components
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
- Completion of work with accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work independently, or cooperatively and harmoniously with a team
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering
- Licensed engineer in the state of Arkansas or have the ability to get licensed there immediately.
