Job Summary :
A family-owned forging and machine shop is looking for a reliable, hardworking employee. We are seeking an experienced and skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling complex parts and products using computer numerical control (CNC) machines. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC machining processes and a keen eye for detail. Duties :
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts and products according to blueprints and CAD designs.
- Set up and adjust CNC machines for production, ensuring precise and efficient machining processes.
- Use calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools to verify the accuracy of machined parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD designs, and other technical drawings to understand part specifications and production requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with other machinists, engineers, and production team members to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Keep accurate records of production, including inventory and quality control checks.

Salary : $20.38 per hour plus piece work (typical piece work $1.34-5.33 per hour additional)
