We are looking for a Full Time Inserter Operator in our Mailing department. This position is on-site at our Duluth facility on 1st shift, Monday through Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.

Compensation commensurate with experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will have experience working in the mailing area of commercial print. The Inserter Operator is responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of automated inserting machines that collate, fold, and insert printed materials into envelopes or packages. Must be able to communicate in English verbally.

A Few Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Review job specifications to determine and enter job set up requirements.
• Setup machine to ensure maximum speed / quality.
• Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or to determine whether adjustments are needed.
• Adjust machine during production run as required for, adherence to all quality and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot machine problems, clear malfunctions, and resolve basic maintenance issues.
