Wallace Inc. a contracted service provider for Federal Express Corporation is currently hiring a Full Time Route Assistant Manager. Leading a Team of 8 to 10 drivers based out of a Federal Express Corporation Terminal
REQUIREMENTS:
*Positive attitude, Strong work ethic, Leadership skills.
* Responsible for Route planning, Safety requirements and delivery of all packages in an assigned territory.
* Schedule maintenance for the Fleet of Delivery Vehicles.
* Responsible for all daily aspects of the operation.
* Qualify to also run delivery route when needed to cover heavy volume days, vacation time and peak season.
* Prior FedEx or other delivery service experience preferred but not required.
