CADD OPERATIONS MANAGER: YOUR ROLE
As a CADD Operations Manager, you'll spend your days maintaining CADD standards, environments, and workspaces, leading computer-aided design and drafting initiatives, and providing companywide CADD support. You'll oversee QA/QC throughout the project lifecycle, offer software and production support, and coordinate staff new hire onboarding and ongoing training.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CADD OPERATIONS MANAGER
- Extensive experience with MicroStation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Projectwise, and Department of Transportation agency standards is preferred.
