Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote childhood development and early childhood education.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in a daycare or school setting.
- Teach and coach sports activities to enhance physical development and teamwork skills.
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and facilitate learning.
- Assist with behavior management and promote positive social interactions among students.
- Provide individualized attention and support to students who may require additional assistance.
- Incorporate theater and creative arts into the curriculum to foster creativity and self-expression.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other staff members to ensure the well-being and educational progress of each student.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Early Childhood Education preferred).
- Experience working with children, such as babysitting, tutoring, or coaching.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
