```Duties```
- Assist the lead teacher in creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Help with daily routines such as mealtime, naptime, and toileting
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure a positive learning environment
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
```Experience```
- Previous experience working with toddlers or young children in a daycare or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Familiarity with math and literacy education for young children
- Experience working with students with autism or other special needs is a plus
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in learning activities

Qualifications:
