What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business System Analyst position at Wallenius Wilhelmsen?
Overview :
The Business System Analyst will play an integral part in supporting the implementation, enhancements and application of our High & Heavy / Equipment Processing Center systems to enable and support our stakeholders and leadership as well as improve and optimize business processes.
This role can be located in either the Carlisle, PA or Parsippany, NJ office location.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do :
- Responsible for supporting the implementation, enhancement and decommissioning of the information technology assets that support the business
- Drive system competency development within our High & Heavy / Equipment Processing Center business sectors, supporting users with tools, products, and domain expertise
- Responsible for collecting, consolidating, documenting and communicating business and service level requirements between business functions, IT and external vendors
- Direct and support both internal resources and 3rd party suppliers in the delivery of systems support, strategy, new technology and new projects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that their processes align with optimum use of the IT assets supporting their functions, including maintaining data quality within the portfolio
- Responsible for the management, training, development and motivation of resources within the business
- Assist with development and enhancements for business sector software
