Customer Care Coordinator
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate information to our staff, manufacturers, and customers, ensuring the timely movement of vehicles through our vehicle processing center.
Shift Mon- Friday 6 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm
Job Description : WHAT YOU'LL DO
Acting as the liaison for Wallenius Wilhelmsen to our customers and carriers :
- Respond to customer service inquiries concerning account activities, priorities, and status of orders
- Coordinate and verify shipments, vehicle movements and vehicle inventory
- Performs daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on assignments, allocations, work orders and releases to carriers
- Provides key communications to customers
- Recommend new procedures and processes to increase productivity, responsiveness to customer needs, and streamline current practices

At Wallenius Wilhelmsen and across our businesses, salaries are determined by position, level, location, and similar factors. The pay or salary range listed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum projected rate of pay for the specific position across our United States locations. Equally as important, as a team member, individual earnings may consider knowledge, skills, abilities, work location and related factors. The current hourly pay for this position is $47,000-$50,000. Wallenius Wilhelmsen team members are also eligible for annual merit-based salary adjustments, and participation in competitive benefit programs. Some roles in the company may offer an additional annual bonus. Additional details on salary or pay ranges and benefits will be available through the interview and employment process. Salary or pay ranges are separate from bonus opportunities and / or benefit plans.
