Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Administrate and enforce human resources policies and procedures, including corrective action, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Promote HR programs to foster a positive, productive, and conflict-free work environment.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees by addressing HR-related inquiries, including leave policies, compensation, and workplace concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Conduct employee orientation, as well as coordinate training and development initiatives to support career growth.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.
- Act as a liaison between payroll and operations to facilitate weekly audits and ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices to support compliance and mitigate risks.
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to oversee leave management processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, fostering transparency and collaboration.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 3-5 years of HR experience, or combined HR education and experience.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Strong employee relations experience, including handling workplace issues, conflict resolution, and investigations.

- Experience with Kronos and Workday HR systems.
