As an Operations Assistant for Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, you will be responsible for the administrative and operational functions at a vehicle processing center.
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time .
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare monthly P&L statements.
- Develop new reporting methods and improve current reports available to the Operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records for parts verification and certifications.
- Revise and maintain the Program Manual.
- Create presentations for Operations team.
- Coordinate team meetings, including taking minutes and distributing them.
- Support the Quality team in meeting, workshops and reports as necessary.
