Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee a staff of 5 to hourly and salary employees
- Performs critical, independent decision making that directly influences workflow and processes.
- Responsible for designing and implementing programs / processes to ensure all quality standards are met (internal, customer, ISO).
- Leading the CAPA process (RC / CA) and weekly CAP-DO meetings with Operations and / or Customer representatives.
- FMEA development as needed
- Creation of Standard Operating Procedures through collaboration with Operations.
- Periodic audits in accordance with quality program and customer requirements.
- Track and report quality metrics as determined by General Manager.
- Investigate, contain, analyze the root cause, and implement effective countermeasures
- Participate in and champion WalWil's Safety-First program.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as determined by management.
