May 27-30 8am-4:30 pm
June 2-26 & July 7-Aug 4 7am-5pm (7am-4:30 pm on Thursdays)
*30 minute lunch
*Exclude July 23 and July 24, 2025

Primary Purpose: Inventory, barcode, and prepare curriculum materials for our new elementary school.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Current Waller ISD student
Experience:
- Organization must be a strength
- Capable of picking up boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Good understanding of how to work in Google Sheets
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Inventory
- Identify, inspect, and log receipt of orders.
- Barcode needed items.
- Sort and box items to deliver to campuses.
Campus Support
- Travel to campuses as needed.
- Moving boxes to sort items for scanning and delivering to classrooms.
Other
- Comply with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rule, and local board policy.
- Comply with all district and campus routines and regulations.
- Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Must be able to work well with a team of professionals.

Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment, including computer and peripherals.

Posture: Prolonged standing, bending over, kneeling.

Lifting: Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.

Environment: Work is primarily performed in a warehouse/school environment with frequent district wide travel. Indoor and outdoor work environments.
