Waller Truck Co., Inc is searching for a Regional Customer Service Manager! This position is full time, M-F.
Job Duties:
Monitors Load Balance on an ongoing basis
Targets Equipment utilization at profitable levels within capacity availability
Processes EDI load tenders and makes discretionary decisions to accept or reject based on load balance
Processes daily callbacks for customers to solicit freight as needed to balance the regional area
Understands the needs of the regional area and initiates contact with brokers to solicit freight as needed
Provides an open line of communication with assigned customers in Waller Truck Geographical area

Can-Do Attitude
AS/400 experience desired but not required
Customer Service & Sales background
This position is a full-time position, Monday thru Friday. Waller Truck Co., is headquartered in Excelsior Springs, MO. We offer a full benefit package including health and dental insurance, 401(k) and PTO.
