Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a positive experience.
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
- Warehouse work(Will require occasional lifting 15-35lb*)
- Utilize call center software to manage customer interactions efficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to enhance client services and resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the office database.
- Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Familiarity with office software applications and computerized systems is essential.
