Job Overview
Description:
- Provide expert-level guidance and support on SAP FICO and COPA modules, including configuration, report generation, and financial processes.
- Leverage BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to analyze data, create visualizations, and support margin and profitability analysis.
- Use SQL for complex data manipulation, querying, and advanced analytics to support financial analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the generation of Universal Journal entries and reporting within SAP S4, ensuring accurate and timely financial data.
- Work with Snowflake for data warehousing and ensure efficient data flow for margin analysis and profitability reporting.
- Provide detailed profitability analysis, understanding cost centers, general ledgers, and financial performance across business units.
- Collaborate with finance teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to identify requirements and provide insights into margin and cost structure improvements.
- Share knowledge and best practices with junior team members and provide mentorship on SAP FICO, COPA, and BI tools.
Requirements:
- At least 6-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Financial Analyst roles, specifically with SAP FICO and COPA modules.
- 6-10 years of experience with SQL, focusing on advanced data manipulation and querying for financial analysis and reporting.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Snowflake or similar data warehousing platforms.
- Expertise in using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for data visualization and analysis.
- 3-5 years of experience with SAP S4 FICO, including COPA and Universal journal entries, as well as configuration and report generation.
- Understanding of financial accounting principles, profitability analysis, cost centers, and general ledgers.
