Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager / Account Manager to lead efforts in acquiring new clients, fostering existing relationships, and managing the full sales cycle for our staffing and recruitment services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the staffing industry, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for building long-lasting client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients across various industries to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Conduct outreach through cold calling, networking, industry events, and social media to generate leads.
- Qualify prospective clients and understand their staffing needs to tailor recruitment solutions that meet their requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing and recruitment solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the services provided.
Market and Industry Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
- Monitor and report on market conditions and client feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless coordination between sales efforts and candidate placement.
- Provide regular updates to senior management regarding business development efforts and sales progress.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales in the staffing and recruitment industry.
- Proven success in acquiring new business and managing client accounts in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Skills:
- Strong sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
