Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records and databases.
- Assist with front desk operations, greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Support office management tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
- Act as a personal assistant to management as needed, handling scheduling and correspondence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment or as a clerk is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
