Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:

- Drive operational excellence, adhering to regulatory standards and promoting continuous quality improvement.
- Operational Management:

- Partner with centralized corporate support departments to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Lead efforts to enhance operational processes, systems, and technology to improve resident experiences.

- Financial Management:
- Work closely with Finance and Human Resources support teams to develop and manage the organization's annual budget and financial goals.
