The work - How you will contribute: In accordance with the Wallick Mission and Values, the server will serve meals to residents in the dining room following table etiquette and providing a great dining experience for our residents.
Highlights
- Pay: $15-17/HR with Pay on Demand (access your money as you earn it)
- 3:30pm-7:30pm shifts available, will include some weekends and holidays
- Paid Holidays
- Up to 8 weeks of paid parental leave
- Free Employee Meal and Uniforms
- Serves meals to residents in the dining room following table etiquette.
- Handles meal requests of a resident during meal service.
- Complete setup and cleaning of the dining room before and after each meal service.
- Help to maintain the juice bar, coffee, and iced tea available to residents.
- Maintain a supply of proper utensils, cups, glasses, etc. for use by the residents.
- Responsible for grab-and-go and stocking as necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Previous waiting/Serving experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and residents.
- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources.
- Ability to apply basic math skills.
