Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in in software support or as a community manager in affordable housing.
- Must possess an advanced knowledge of affordable housing business practices, Yardi software, and Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good problem-solving and prioritization abilities
- Ability to multi-task
- N/A
- Provide over-the-phone and ticket-based support of business-critical software, including the Yardi platform, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and various systems.
- Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 functional software issues per the established SLAs.
- Manage reported issues and implement solutions to user application needs.
- Liaison between Software Vendor(s) and all Wallick Community Groups.
- Utilize internal resources to assist in the prompt resolution of technical issues.
- Daily interaction with users to assist with questions and corrections needed with the system.
- Daily interaction as needed with various corporate departments to ensure accurate corrections are made.
- Set up new users and maintaining users’ access.
- Assist with new property setup in the system.
- Assist in providing the appropriate access and permissions levels for all users in various software platform.
- Work to ensure software updates, implementations, and releases are completed.
- Additional assignments and projects as needed
